Which B-Schools to Apply to?

Three factors should be kept in mind while thinking about applying for admissions into B-Schools. First, is the Placement opportunities provided by the B-Schools. This is a very important factor as studying for a management course in India would cost really high. The fee for the post graduate management courses offered by the B-Schools in India ranges from about 2 lakhs to 25 lakhs. Therefore the placement offered by the B-School should be such that it covers the cost of studying the course in the minimum span. The B-school aspirants can get an idea about the placements offered in a B-school by checking the past placement records offered to the students. The Second factor that should be considered is the location of the institute, brand value and faculty that the institute possesses. An excellent faculty, location and the name that the institution has created in the industry would definitely help the students to bag better job placements. The third factor that should matter is the cost of the management program. The cost of studying for a management program is high. The aspirants who cannot manage to pay the whole fee by themselves must have to apply for educational loans. The candidates must be wise enough to ascertain whether doing the program will lead them into getting good placements to pay-off the educational loan as fast as possible. Keeping all the three above mentioned factors in mind should give a clearer picture to the candidates. There are thousands of B-Schools and the candidates should use their discretion to decide upon this matter.
