HOW TO GET A JOB IN BANK
Nowadays like any other jobs opportunities, bank jobs are becoming one of the most important career choices for the students. There are lots of job openings in India in different private and government sectors. There are so many different posts in banks available for candidates like Bank clericals, PO (Probationary officers), cashier, Officer Jobs etc. Generally bank jobs are for those who are very organized, energetic, punctual and good with numbers and digits.
But there are some eligibility criteria to get a job in Bank whether in private bank or Government bank. - A candidate should be a citizen of India .He/She should passed their graduation with 60% marks or more than that and for the candidates in reserved category (SC, ST, OBS etc.) minimum 55% marks is enough to apply for the post of clerical post like Clerk, clerk cum cashier, typist, steno, agricultural clerks, data entry operators and telephone operators etc. But in so many private banks the minimum qualification of 10+12 (Higher secondary education) is enough to get a job.
The candidates must be between the age group of 18-28 years and the age relaxation for reserved categories (SC, ST, OBS etc.) is also available.
IBPS - Institute of banking personnel selection is one of the best recruitment agencies for bank jobs in India which was founded in 1975.To apply in IBPS candidates are supposed to apply online through its main website. There is CWE (common written exam) for different bank posts in India which was announced by IBPS.
In order to get a job one should dress up well (formal wear) before going to an interview. One should be polite as well as confident while facing an interviewer.
One of the most important things before going to an interview he/she should be very truthful to his/her resume .He/she should mention his/her skills on the resume.
