 In the academic year, the students undertake a Summer Internship in numerous companies, where the students are prepared to take the trials of the industry and associate theory with practical implementation. This provides the students a practical training at an early stage with an on the job training with the companies.

After the third semester, the students are required to devote eight weeks with a specific organization. According to the institute’s believes, the Summer Internship provides an outstanding chance for weighing the students and assures the Companies to make placement offers on the performance basis of the students during their Summer Internship.

The institute lays down a structured placement process for the companies and the candidates.

The placement process begins with an official interface among the hiring companies and the student’s community through a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT). The purpose of the Pre-Placement Talk is to offer the students a prospect to comprehend the job profile, the organization, and the career prospects within it. For enabling the students to make an informed choice, the companies are requested to send an elaborated job description for the profile they wish to recruit for. It also helps in ensuring the appropriate candidate.

The resumes of the interested candidates will be directed to the companies, once the job requirements are acknowledged from the company.

In the concluding placement process, all the job proposals a company would like to make will be controlled only through the Placement Office, where no direct job offers will be made to any candidate.
