Joint Entrance Test for Business Studies at DU - To be Held on 14th June
Delhi University has started its admission procedure. In order to this, DU has taken one further step. It is going to conduct joint entrance test for admission into Business Economics, BBA (financial investment analysis) and management studies programs offered by the Delhi University's faculty of applied social sciences.
The candidates aspiring to take admission into the courses mentioned above are required to apply and appear into the test. The test paper includes multiple choice questions and is aimed to test their quantitative ability, general awareness, English and reasoning ability.
The following institutes offer courses of financial analysis and management studies, College of Vocational Studies, Deen Dyal Upadhaya College, Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, Keshav Mahavidalaya, Maharaja Agrasen College and Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies.
The students appearing for the test, are highly advised to not to answer that question whose answer is not known by him for sure. The University is going to cast the provision of negative marking to the question paper. Each correct answer will lead to 3 marks while each incorrect answer will result into deduction of one mark.
The selection for the course of Business Economics will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test as well as the score of class 12 exam. On the other hand, admission for the courses of Business Management and BBA will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the test, interview and the class 12 scores.
The candidates are required to have at least 60% scores in 12th board exams along with having English and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
