DU Admissions: 21,813 Application Forms Sold on 1st Day of Offline Registration
Delhi University has started its offline registration process on 5th June 2015 for the undergraduate programs. DU has been one of the most prominent university and students highly desire to take admission into the university. This fact had been proved on the first day of admission process. The university had started its online application process on 28th May and 37850 students registered on the first day only. The number has been increasing into lakhs day by day.
On 5th June, DU started its offline application process and on the first day 21,813 application forms were sold. More than 5000 forms were submitted on day 1 too.
Various students found troubles and issues while applying online and hence they chose to apply offline.
The students who wish to apply offline can visit any of the eight admission centers of DU and collect the application form against payment of admission fee (Rs. 100/- for general category students and Rs. 50/- for reserved category students). The eight admission centers are SGTB Khalsa College, Gargi College, Dayal Singh College, Maharaja Agrasen College, Rajdhani College, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharm College, PG DAV College and Shyam Singh College. The students are hereby informed that the online as well as the offline admission procedure will continue up to 15th June. If they had not applied till now, they can follow the above mentioned process and complete the registration process.
