Anand Kumar’s Super 30
We all have dreams. But in order to make dreams come into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline, and effort. An Indian Anand Kumar (42 years old) has proved these lines true. He is an Indian mathematician who is best known for his Super 30 programme. Super 30 is an Indian educational Programme which was started in Patna, Bihar under the banner of Ramanujan School of Mathematics. It was established in the year of 2001 by Anand Kumar. The main motive of the Super 30 is to select 30 talented candidates each year from economically backward areas of society and train them for IIT-JEE exam. The latest news is that 25 out of 30 students of Super 30 have cracked IIT 2015. Most of the students of Super 30 were from socio-economic and rural backgrounds.
It’s an honor for all Indians that Anand kumar has been awarded with the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Shiksha Puraskar, which is considered as the highest award of Government of Bihar in November 2010.
