JMI doubles the number of study centres in its Distance Edu wing
From the current academic session onwards, Jamia Millia Islamia has decided to double the number of study centres under its distance education wing. The admissions for the distance education courses from Jamia Millia Islamia will begin from Monday, 27th July 2015.
Since the applicants applying to the university exceed way more than the number of seats offered through regular mode, the administration has decided to double the number of study centres to tackle such huge demand.
The study centres under Jamia Millia Islamia have been increased to 62 in number, which were previously 36 in number.
There are seemly chances of increasing the number of courses offered through distance education from the next academic session.
The Admissions to the Centre for Distance and Open Learning (CDOL) will begin on Monday and admissions will be given on-the-spot to the eligible candidates.
