12-year-old scores higher than Einstein and Hawking in IQ test
Nicole Barr, a 12-year-old, schoolgirl from Essex, scored 162 in Mensa IQ Test. This puts her in the top 1 percent category of world’s most intelligent people.
Her IQ is 2 points more than legendary scientists and geniuses, Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking.
Her mother, Dolly Buckland, said that she was a very hard working child and she stayed after school for homework club and never missed a day. From a very early age she used to identify mistakes in books and magazines.
On getting to know about her result she was taken over by surprise. Barr said, “When I found out I got such a high score, it was so unexpected. I was shocked.”
Barr could solve complex algebra problems with ease before the age of 10 and was very obviously several years ahead of her peers. She is currently studying in Burnt Mill Academy and her hobbies include reading, singing and drama.
