Form-17 to be filled to appear SSC exam: MSBSHSE


The officials from the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) have announced that the students failing in Class IX must fill form-17 in order to be eligible for the Class X examination for the academic session 2016-17.

The students failing in class IX, to save their academic year, must be filled Form 17 to appear for the class X exam. This has been stated in a circular released by Sharad Gosavi, the secretary of the Kolhapur divisional board of the MSBSHSE.

Gosavi said, "We have asked the school headmasters to take the required action to let the students know about the form."

He further said that, starting from August 17, online forms for the February 2016 higher secondary certificate (HSC) exam will be accepted by MSBSHSE.

To fill the form, the students must visit the official website i.e. www.mahahsscboard.maharashtr.gov.in. The last date for the submission of forms is August 31.
