Tata Innovation Fellowship:

Tata Innovation Fellow Scholarship scheme was initiated by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, to reward scientists with excellent track records in biological sciences. Age limitation for this scholarship is between 18-55 years and the applicants must have India citizenship and a Ph.D. degree. Bhavishya Jyoti Scholarship:

NIIT Limited has announced Bhavishya Jyoti Scholarship programme for deserving students. Applicants who scored 50% in their 12th/graduation are eligible to apply for this scholarship programme. Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of their performance in their XII examination. Application for the same is available online at the official website of NIIT, i.e. www.niitcloudcampus.com.

Chevening Scholarship:

Chevening Scholarship programme is conducted by UK government’s global scholarship programme and is funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and companion organizations. Total number of scholarship offered is 1500 and it is provided for full time course at postgraduate level. Students can apply for this scholarship through Chevening online application system. ONGC Scholarship:

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has invited the application for 500 scholarships to the deserving SC/ST candidates worth INR 48,000 per annum. Fifty percent of the scholarship is reserved for women candidates (under the age of 30 years). Candidates pursuing 1st year of graduate engineering or MBBS course or Master’s Degree are eligible to apply. The last date to apply for this scholarship programme is November 15, 2015. Junior Research Fellowship:

A DST-SERB project on computational studies on bimetallic nanoclusters has been approved by The Department of Chemistry, Bangalore University. Candidates, who have completed their MSc degree, with atleast 55% aggregate, are eligible to apply for the post of JRF/PF. Those who have qualified NET/SLET or GATE will be preferred.
