JEE (Advanced) 2016: Tentative date released


The tentative examination date for JEE (Advanced) 2016has been announced by ISM and IIT Dhanbad. The JEE Advanced examination is conducted by the Joint Admission Board (JAB).The Examination is likely to be held on May 22, 2016.

Eligibility Details:

The aspirants, who have ranked amongst the top 150,000 candidates (including all categories) in JEE-Main, are eligible to appear for the JEE-Advanced.

Age Limit:

The age of the candidates must not be more than 25 years. Only candidates born on or after October 1, 1991 are eligible to apply for the exam.

Number of attempts:

Only two attempts are allowed in JEE-Advanced. The candidates will have to attempt it in consecutive years.

Application process:

Candidates are required to download their application form from the official website of the JEE Apex Board. The application form will be available in the first week of November 2015.
