This programme would be able to link all the 210 colleges with the four universities of Bilaspur, Raipur, Ambikapur and Jagdalpur. Saurabh said that all the programmes including admission processes, short-listing of students by colleges for entrance examination, admit cards, merit lists and subsequent processes of admission would be notified in online mode. "Students who are enrolled would then be issued individual login ids and passwords, through SMS, and then they would be able to pay their fees online and all records would be made paperless," he added further.
To make administration transparent, the processes including login Ids, official communication, leave records, appraisal and promotion would be digitalized.
