Since student having studied Informatics practices in their intermediate (10+2) are facing various problems while taking admission to any undergraduate degree programme, University Grant Commission (UGC) has directed the universities to recognize CBSE-offered computer courses for admission from the upcoming academic session.
New guidelines have been instituted by the nodal higher education authority - University Grants Commission (UGC) to complete any higher education course within a fix time period. As per this new regulation, an extra time period of two years will provided to the students in order to complete their higher degree courses.
The NET (National Eligibility Test) is scheduled to be held on December 27, 2015. The test is conducted by the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) on behalf of UGC (University Grants Commission). The eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the official website of UGC on or before November 1, 2015.
