• In the year 2008, under the aegis of Aarseya Education Society, was conceived a dream-THE CORE BUSINESS SCHOOL-for creating business leaders par excellence by developing and nurturing managerial talent
• The journey of last couple of years might not have been a cake walk nevertheless it has made every stakeholder stronger and capable for future. Developing students into good human beings along with being successful managers has been a focus area at CBS
• To realize the same, most important is to practice the values one preaches
• We at CBS have been extremely cautious in selecting our stakeholders, be it with members of faculty, staff, vendors, corporate and even students
• Though, it is too early to decide what heights as a provider of quality education would CBS achieve but what we are satisfied with is the right direction we have chosen Following factors have been the facilitators for whatever reputation CBS has made in last few years: 

• CBS is focused to be an active partner with industry not only as the provider of quality manpower but also as a facilitator for doing various industry based researches, training & development programs, consultancy assignments and CSR activities
• CBS students have been very active in part time work being provided by corporate members (like Future Group, Automobile companies, banks and others) locally at Indore

• Various student cells are pretty active to help the batch get practical exposure in a particular area be it entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, HR, IT or social entrepreneurship
• Apart from various activities done at CBS, worth mentioning is association with a nationwide NGO-Goonj to help in their operations in Indore region, assignments from various start-ups and NGOs to develop their website-ERP and any other software need, Project School-an initiative by CBS Students to teach kids from nearby govt. schools where there is lack of decent English and Computer faculty
• These activities are being conducted by students in an ongoing basis and this provides them a platform to put their theoretical learning into practice and hence learn while doing

• The placements for first two batches have ratified the kind of quality manpower we were able to develop in last two years
• Alumni have been well accepted by the recruiters and a feedback from them has been very satisfying and encouraging
