The programs are designed to meet global English-proficiency, cognitive and non-cognitive benchmarks defined by organizations such as Education Testing Service and World Education Services.
The ability to speak English well is a must in todays globalized working environment, but it is not enough. Recent employability reports released by ManpowerGroup Services India and Aspiring Minds show that Indian companies prefer and promote employees who possess leadership skills along with good English-communication skills. Leadership skills refer to one's ability to work with a team, persevere through a task, reason, relate, think out-of-the-box, and most importantly, do the right thing (uphold ethics). Hence training programs are designed to impart English-communication skills (speaking, writing) as well as inculcate leadership skills needed to succeed in today's fiercely competitive environment.
