Bombay College of Pharmacy (BCP) stands as a leading educational identity in the mainstream representing Pharmaceutical sector within India. This college was incepted in 1957, and the initiative was taken up by Indian Pharmaceutical Association - Maharashtra State Branch (IPA-MSB) and several pharmaceutical establishments and the Government of Maharashtra provided the college with financial backup. The college has grown into a tremendous educational provider, and proposes to offer diploma, postgraduate and certificate courses in the four basic sectors, i.e. Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy.

Since its inception as a college offering Diploma in Pharmacy, the college has grown in stature and at present offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate & Doctoral programs in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
BCP has also initiated a host of part-time time programs & courses for working professionals from various sectors of the pharmaceutical industry. These include post-graduate certificate & diploma courses in Clinical Research & Pharmaceutical Management.
