The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) offers the International Business program in its campuses located in Delhi and Kolkata, for which it conducts a written exam that would facilitate the screening process of the candidates so that the best among them may be chosen, to study the courses offered by it.
The IIFT exam is a post graduate level management entrance exam that is conducted to gauge the aptitude of the candidates to get a prediction about how well the candidate will perform if he/she is chosen for the MBA programs offered at IIFT’s Delhi and Kolkata campuses. The IIFT exam will be held on 23rd November 2014. About 50000 candidates would be taking the IIFT 2014 exam.

The candidates appearing for the IIFT 2014 exams must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. The students pursuing graduation and are in the final year can also apply to appear for this examination.
Candidates can go for both online and offline modes to apply for the IIFT exam. The last date for the submission of applications is 3rd September 2014. The payment of fees, which is INR 1550 for the candidates belonging to the general category and INR 750 for the candidates belonging to the reserved category, must also be made by the candidates.
The IIFT exam is a paper-pencil based examination which is conducted only once in a year. The duration of the exam is 120 minutes and the question paper will have a total of 200 questions which shall be divided into 3 sections. The questions would belong to English Comprehension, Logical Reasoning and General knowledge and Awareness and Quantitative Aptitude.
The selection procedure for IIFT consists of various stages which includes written Test, Group Discussion and Final Interview. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the written and essay test. The candidates who will be shortlisted will be called in for group discussion and personal interview.
