The All India Management Association (AIMA) conducts a national level undergraduate management entrance exam called the Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) which aims to screen and select candidates for various undergraduate level management courses offered by Universities and Institutes in India.
UGAT exam is an annually conducted national level exam which facilitates the admission procedure for various undergraduate courses like BBA, integrated MBA and many other courses. The exam aims to evaluate the aptitude of the candidate and how well will the candidate perform if given a chance to pursue the above mentioned courses.

The candidates who wish to appear for the UGAT must have passed XII/higher secondary or any equivalent level examination from a recognized central or state board. The students appearing for the XII Board exams are also eligible to apply for the exam.
The UGAT exam happens in both paper-pencil node as well as computer based mode. The questions for this examination will belong to the topics like English Language, Numerical & Data Analysis, Reasoning & Intelligence and General Knowledge and a total of 130 questions will be present in the paper. The total time given to attempt the whole paper is 120 minutes (2 hours).
The application can be filled in by the candidates online as well as offline. The applications can be obtained from the selected branches of the Bank of Baroda, Study centers of AIMA or from AIMA, New Delhi. The online application can be filled by visiting the official AIMA UGAT website and the payment can be made through demand draft.
