The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) conducts a state level entrance exam for undergraduate medical courses like MBBS and BDS in Central and State government medical and dental colleges in the state of West Bengal which is called WB JEE Medical.

The syllabus for the WB JEE medical exam will be as prescribed by the examination conducting authority i.e. WBJEEB. The total number of questions in the WB JEE medical exam question paper is 250. Each question carries 1 mark.

The duration for the Biology paper is 2 hours (120 minutes) and for physics and chemistry the duration is 1 hour and 30 minutes (90 minutes).  

The candidates who wish to apply for the WB JEE Medical 2015 exam can visit the official website and fill the online application form. The payment for the examination can be done through Bank or Post office e-challan. 

The candidates can get the admit cards which contains details like name, roll number, exam center, time and examination instructions, by visiting the official website and downloading it. This can be done from 2nd April 2015 onwards.

The results for the WBJEE Medical exam will be declared till 10th June 2015. The declaration of result will only be done for the qualified candidate. 

The candidates will be selected for the MBBS and BDS seats offered by the medical and dental colleges on the merit list that will be declared by the examination conducting institution. The selection will only be based on the ranking of the candidate in the merit list. After this, the selected candidates will be called in for online counselling sessions.
