The selection of students for the 50% state quota seats in post graduate level health sciences courses offered at the medical colleges in the state of Karnataka will be done on the basis of the AIPGMEE 2015 exam.

The AIPGMEE 2015 results will be the basis of the admission procedure to various postgraduate level medical programs like MS, MD and other Diploma programs.

The candidates applying for the Karnataka PG Medical must be a citizen of India and must also have an MBBS degree from a medical college recognized by the Medical Council of India and the Government of India. The candidates wishing to apply for the Karnataka PG Medical must first apply for the AIPGMEE 2015, as the admissions will be done on the basis of the AIPGMEE 2015 exam.

The shortlisting of candidates will be done on the basis of AIPGMEE 2015 exam. After the declaration of AIPMGEE 2015 results, the shortlisting procedure of the candidates who’ve applied for the Karnataka PG Medical will take place. The candidates who qualify the AIPGMEE 2015 exam will only be eligible for the Karnataka PG Medical.

The selection of the candidates will be totally based on the rank secured by the candidates in the state merit list.

The declaration of the AIPGMEE 2015 will be done on or before 15th January 2015. The declaration of results will only be done for the candidates who’ve qualified the AIPGMEE 2015 exam. The selection of candidates will be based on this result.
