Uttarakhand CPMEE
The Association of Private Medical and Dental Colleges of Uttarakhand conducts a national level examination called the Uttarakhand Common Pre Medical Entrance Examination (CPMEE) to select candidates for the admissions to MBBS and BDS courses offered in various dental as well as medical colleges in Uttarakhand.
The seats for MBBS and BDS programs offered at the medical
and dental colleges in the state of Uttarakhand is filled through the
Uttarakhand CMPEE that is conducted by the Association of Private Medical and
Dental Colleges of Uttarakhand.

The candidates applying for Uttarakhand CPMEE exam must have
passed higher secondary examinations from a recognized board. The candidates
must have also studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects in
the higher secondary level and must have scored an aggregate of not less than
50% marks in the above mentioned subjects (40% for candidates belonging to
reserved categories). The candidates appearing for the Uttarakhand CPMEE exam
should be a citizen of India.
The Uttarakhand CPMEE 2015 exam question paper will carry a
total of 200 marks and the candidates will have to attempt the whole question
paper in the duration of 2 and a half hours (150 minutes). The questions will
be based on the syllabus prescribed at the higher secondary level examinations.
The candidates can apply for the Uttarakhand CPMEE in three
ways which are Online, Offline and through Post. The candidates can apply
through the online mode by visiting the official website and making the payment
for the application fee through credit/debit card or net banking. The
candidates can apply through the offline mode by purchasing the information
brochure from the Principal Office of member colleges of ACEE. The candidates
can also get the application form through post by sending a demand draft of the
required amount to the address of the ACEE.
The admit card containing the details of the candidate’s
name, roll number, exam center etc. will be uploaded online. The candidates
must visit the official website to download their admit cards which shall be
available from the month of May 2015.
The selection process will totally depend upon the
performance of the candidates in the entrance exam. The shortlisting of
candidates will be done on the basis of the merit list. The shortlisted
candidates will be called in for the counseling process.
