The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a National level scholarship exam Conducted by National Council of Educational research and Training. The vision of this scheme is to recognize talented students and nurture their talent. The program covers area like Science, Social science, engineering, Medicine, management and law.

Students studying in class X from a recognized school are eligible for this examination. There will not be any Domicile restriction. Candidates who want to appear in this exam can apply from anywhere in India for NTSE 2015.
There will be two stages in this exam. In Stage-I There will be two parts, in Part-I of the test is a mental ability test (MAT) and in Part-II test, it is a Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) in which the students need to solve language relate 50 questions.
In Stage-II of test there will be two parts. Part-I is similar as Part-I of Stage-I but in Part-II, there will be 100 question related to Math, Science, and Social Studies in SAT section. To Judge the Interpretation, Reading ability and General knowledge of the candidate SAT section is designed.
National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) announced that application form will be available online from August 31, 2014. Application forms can be downloaded from NCERT website www.NCERT.nic.in.
The Admit card for NTSE 2015 will be released in Oct 2014 before the exam of stage-I held in Nov 2014.

The NTSE result will be announced in the month june-july 2015. Result of NTSE 2015 will be declared after the completion of Stage-II, and the exam is conducted in May 2015.
