INO stands for Indian national Olympiad. It is conducted by Homi Bhabha center for science (HBSCE) and it provides the way to become eligible for the international Olympiads. This test is a five stage process of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Astronomy, and junior science for each subject separately in Olympiad program. This five stages are: Stage 1: National Standard Examination Stage 2: Indian National Olympiad Stage 3: Orientation cum Selection Camp (OCSC) Stage 4: Pre-departure Training Camp (PDT) Stage 5: Participation in International Olympiad

Conducting BodyIndian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT), and Homi Bhabha Centre for                          

Science Education (HBCSE)   

·         For Astronomy/Biology/Chemistry/Physics : Those students who have citizenship of India and are Born on or after July 1st , 1995 were in class 12th  or lower on November 30   are eligible to appear in INAO/INBO/INPho/INCho 2015.

·         For Junior Science: Candidates who are born on or after Jan 1st, 2000, were in class 10 or lower on November 30 are eligible for INJSO 2015.

·         Those Candidates who have selected for International Olympiad must have Indian passport as per the Visa regulation. Date of expiry of the passport must be up to 6 months.

Admit card will be provided to every student till January 20th, 2015. If u don’t get your admit card then contact to the INO office. Please affix a recent passport size photograph of yours in the given space on your admit card and bring it at the time of examination Without admit card you will not be allowed to take the exam.

Results will be announced till 27 February, 2015, on official website http://olympiads.hbcse.tifr.res.in/
