ZIO stands for Zonal informatics Olympiad 2015. This test is conducted by Indian Association for research in Computer science (IARCS), every year in India and foreign country. This Olympiad is going to be organized from 2001-02 to 2013-14 in collaboration with CBSE. There are two stages in this exam. The second stage involves programing of C, C++ or Pascal.

Candidates from both India and West Asia are eligible to apply for ZIO 2015. This exam will be conducted for Students studying in Classes 8 to 12. Schools must be affiliated by CBSE or to the other Boards of the Country. 

Candidate can apply Online this time. Registration will be open from 13th October, 2014 and close on 21st November, 2014.  Examination Fee will be Rs 225 for each student. Examination fee can be Paid through NFET or through Demand draft.

The Admit card for the written test will be provided via E-mail address provided by the student on the Registration form.

This examination will consist of a written test to measure the ability like aptitude, logical Competence, Problem solving capability and critical thinking. Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance of students in the examination.
